       Wenn du auf den schwarzen Punkt schaust, wird der graue Schatten nach einer Weile schrumpfen.

Keep staring at the black dot. After a while the gray haze around it will appear to shrink.

Schau für ca. 30 Sekunden auf die schwarze Glühbirne. Danach richte deinen Blick auf eine

 weiße Fläche auf dem Bildschirm oder ein Blatt Papier. Du wirst Die Glühbirne leuchten sehen!

Stare at the black lightbulb for at least 30 seconds. Then immediately stare at a white area on
the screen or at a sheet of paper. You should see a glowing light bulb!
